AIFEN A902 Dual Station Soldering Rework Station

The AIFEN A902 is a 350W dual-channel soldering rework station designed for precision soldering and repair work on mobile phones, computers, data circuits and other electronic circuit boards. Its two soldering handles can be operated simultaneously, while each channel can also be switched off independently when required.

The station supports C115, C210, C245 and C470 heating elements, providing flexibility for different soldering applications. The C245 handle also supports C470 heating elements, allowing both handles to work with C470 heating elements at the same time.

Dual Handle Operation

Both soldering handles can be used at the same time for efficient repair work. Zone A and Zone B can also be controlled independently. In working mode, press and hold the temperature adjustment buttons in the respective zone to turn that channel on or off.

Fast & Precise Temperature Control

The A902 uses program-chip temperature control rather than traditional AC voltage temperature control. This provides fast and precise temperature adjustment during soldering. The working temperature can be set from 100°C to 450°C (212°F to 842°F).

Automatic Sleep & Temperature Compensation

When a soldering handle is placed on its holder, the station automatically enters sleep mode. Lifting the handle allows it to heat up immediately for continued work.

The built-in temperature compensation function automatically compensates for soldering tip temperature during operation, helping the tip maintain the selected temperature while soldering.

Adjustable Dual Brackets

The dual soldering handle brackets can be adjusted up and down to provide a suitable working angle. The plug-in box supports C245, C210 and C115 soldering tips and allows quick tip replacement without requiring additional tools.

Standby Temperature Settings

The station provides six selectable standby temperature settings: 0°C, 150°C, 180°C, 200°C, 250°C and 280°C. The required standby temperature can be selected according to the working requirement.

Temperature Calibration

For temperature calibration, press and hold the SET button in the A or B zone while the station is working to enter the temperature calibration page. Use the heating and cooling buttons to adjust the temperature. After adjustment, press the SET button to save the setting and exit.
